Stylish Cost Calculator
March 2026 Product Update
Mike
Hey, we’re excited to share the latest updates! Over the past 30 days, we focused on reducing admin friction and making quoting more reliable—so prospects get answers faster and you can capture more high-intent leads.
Table of Contents
⚡ Faster admin workflow: clearer navigation + easier “Edit Calculators”
We shipped an improved admin experience that makes it quicker to find calculators, jump into editing, and move between global settings vs. calculator-level settings—without losing context.
Why this matters
- Less time searching for the right calculator (especially when you have many).
- Fewer misclicks between global vs. calculator-specific settings.
- Quicker iterations when you’re A/B testing pricing packages or lead-capture flows.
🔗 Smarter line items: “Combine all line items into one” can now auto-enable when needed
We enhanced the detailed list behavior so the “Combine all line-items into one item” setting can automatically activate when certain pricing complexity is added (like coupons, advanced pricing formulas, fees/discounts, taxes, or negative values).
Why this matters
- Cleaner customer-facing summaries when pricing gets more complex.
- Less reconciliation confusion (one clear line item vs. a long breakdown that doesn’t match how you invoice).
- Smoother checkout experience when applying discounts/taxes—especially in real-world quoting scenarios.
🛠️ More reliable quote sending on tricky hosting (Email Compatibility Mode)
Added an option in Global Settings to disable Action Scheduler for sending quotes—helpful for sites where scheduled actions/cron behavior causes delivery issues.
Why this matters
- Fewer missed leads due to email send failures on certain environments.
- More predictable follow-up when you rely on quote emails to start the sales conversation.
🐛 Bug fixes
- Fixed Date Picker element adding the wrong field type (Text/HTML) in certain builder flows.
- Fixed Live Currency Conversion API failure that could break calculator loading when the request is denied.
- Fixed missing calculator item details in WooCommerce orders (e.g., slider selections now show correctly).
- Fixed a database upgrade error related to quote tags.
- Fixed Quantity Input Box not respecting a default value of 0 when a Min Value is set.
- Improved stability around AI setup wizard uploads and reduced element item warnings during setup.
