Stylish Cost Calculator
April 2026 Product Update
Mike
Hey, we’re excited to share the latest updates! Over the last 30 days, the biggest wins were all about clarity and speed: clearer quote outputs for customers, a smoother builder for site owners, and more dependable pricing behavior for advanced calculators.
Table of Contents
📧 Quote emails and PDFs are clearer and more complete
We improved how quote details carry into customer-facing outputs. Tax can now be included in email quote itemization, total rows are handled more reliably in detailed quote outputs, and pricing details from sliders and date ranges now carry through more accurately. We also tightened PDF output so notes and pricing descriptions are less likely to go missing.
Benefit: Customers get a more trustworthy estimate the first time, which reduces back-and-forth and helps businesses move from quote to approval faster.
✨ The builder and settings experience got a major cleanup
We rolled out a cleaner editing experience with a more focused workspace, refreshed the settings modal flow, improved control organization, and polished help tooltip behavior. Advanced settings such as webhooks and custom JavaScript are easier to manage inside the updated interface, and the editing screen feels less cluttered overall.
Benefit: Users spend less time hunting through settings and more time publishing calculators that are ready to convert.
🧮 Advanced pricing logic is more dependable for real-world pricing models
Flat Fee & Discount adjusters now apply correctly even when a subtotal starts at zero, and complex conditional logic is more stable after conditions are edited or duplicated. We also added repair safeguards for corrupted quote field configurations, helping protect key submission data from breaking downstream outputs like PDFs.
Benefit: Estimates behave more like the way real businesses actually price their services, with fewer hidden calculation problems and less manual cleanup.
🌐 Wordings and translations are easier to manage
The wordings/translations area received a refresh with a cleaner interface, better custom translation detection, improved search behavior, and more polished handling for custom translation tags. It’s a quality-of-life improvement, but an important one for anyone running multilingual or highly customized calculators.
Benefit: Localizing calculators takes less effort, and frontend wording stays more consistent across pages and campaigns.
